Being lactose intolerant means that your body has trouble breaking down the sugar from milk, called lactose. If you do have this condition, bloating can result as your body struggles to break down something that it’s not good at breaking down.

Adding more fiber to your diet can also help you get rid of bloating issues since fiber is an important component in dealing with digestion.
