Get Rid of Stretch Marks Naturally and Fast (For Men and Women)

Stretch marks come about as a result of rapid weight loss or rapid weight gain. Even though these marks are natural, a lot of people do not like to live with them. Sugar with lemon juice

Potato juice

Potato juice has lots of vitamins and minerals, making it instrumental in the repair of skin cells. This makes it quite suitable for treating stretch marks. To use it, cut a raw potato into slices and then rub a slice of raw potato on your skin for a few minutes. Leave the juice to dry on your skin and then rinse off with clean water.

Egg whites

Egg whites are rich in proteins and amino acids, which have healing properties that result in skin repair. To prepare the mixture, use egg whites from one or more eggs, depending on how large the affected area is. Beat the egg whites into a bowl. Spread the mixture on your skin using your fingers. Apply generous amounts of egg white on the area. Leave to dry for about ten minutes before washing off with warm water. Pat the area dry with a towel then apply some olive oil. Do this three times a day, everyday and you will start noticing results.

Apricots

Get some apricots, cute them up and deseed them. Grind the apricots until they form a smooth paste. Massage this paste onto your skin and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash of the area with warm water. Repeat this process daily for a month.

Drink water

Drinking lots of water will help your skin to regain its elasticity and diminish the visibility of the marks on your skin. Drink eight to ten glasses of water or about two liters of water daily. Eating a well balanced diet also helps to give your body the nutrition its needs for a health skin and body.

Take vitamin C

Eat plenty of foods that are rich in vitamin C, such as citrus fruits. This will help to reduce marks on your skin. This method is more effective if vitamin C is taken alongside glycolic acid. Taking foods rich in proteins and zinc, such as nuts, and proteins also helps to reduce stretch marks.

Use a loofah

A loofah is a fibrous material made that is found in gourd plants. It is spongy in nature. This sponge is usually hard when dry and soft when wet. Due to its exfoliating properties, it is often used as a scrubber when showering. Using a loofah helps to eradicate dead skin cells and other dirt from the surface of the skin.

Using a loofah on a daily basis when showering will come in handy in reducing stretch marks. Massage the affected area with the loofah when showering. Just remember to clean it well after use as it can harbor a lot of bacteria.

Castor oil

Castor oil can be used to remove stretch marks, as well as other spots on the skin. Rub a small amount of the oil on the area with spots for ten minutes. Then use a piece of cotton cloth to cover the area and apply heat on the area using a hot water bottle. Do this for a few minutes daily. There will be a noticeable difference within a month.

Almond oil

Obtain almond oil by soaking almonds in milk until they become soft. Crush the almonds, together with the raw milk to obtain a smooth paste. Olive oil is high in vitamin E. This makes it suitable for your skin as it softens it and restores its elasticity. Applying it on a regular basis help to reduce stretch marks.

Glycerin

Mix lemon juice with a few drops of glycerin. Massage this on your skin gently. Do this twice a day. This will keep your skin moisturized and reduce marks.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera has a soothing and healing effect on the skin. Get Aloe Vera leaves and apply the juice on your skin. Leave it to dry and then clean it off with warm water. Do this every day.

Exercise

Exercise on a regular basis. This will help to tone your muscles and minimize stretch marks. Some exercise you can do include swimming, jogging and yoga.
